    Coaching programs

    The following programs are designed to match differing individual and organisational requirements for pace of change, and/or preference for frequency of coaching conversations.  

    Check-In Program

    Ideal for clients seeking to generate positive change where the timeframes feel manageable. This program includes;

    • Two x 30 minute coaching sessions per month
    • Communication via email and/or text between sessions

    Momentum Program

    Ideal for clients making changes that require accelerated support with additional timely access to support and encouragement available. This program includes;

    • Two x 1 hour coaching sessions per month
    • Up to two additional brief coaching sessions (10-15 minutes each) on a client initiated, ad-hoc basis
    • Communication via email and/or text between sessions

    Executive Velocity Program

    Ideal for clients responsible for a high volume of change and/or decisions with tight timeframes. This program includes;

    • Weekly 1 hour coaching sessions, one of which is an optional coaching triad 
    • Communication via email and/or text between sessions


    A program can also be custom designed to meet the specific needs of the individual or organisation. 


    What other services do you offer?

    Coaching triads

    A facilitated session  to enable a fuller discussion between the client and the invited third party, commonly their manager, peer or mentor.  A triad session can be extremely valuable to both parties in communicating more openly, providing insights and advice on matters such as the client's strengths, areas for development, potential for advancement and so on.

    Leadership personality assessment

    Kate is accredited to deliver the Hogan Assessment Tools.  These  scientifically assessment tools predict job performance by assessing normal personality, derailment characteristics, core values, and cognitive reasoning ability. The assessments are grounded in decades of research and benchmarked against specific job families.
